What is a Scuba Friends session?

It is as fun as it sounds - a chance for participants to blow bubbles and have a brief encounter with scuba diving. Participants will find out more about scuba diving, snorkelling and get to use scuba diving gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow confined water. (Less than 2m)

Parental approval is required, for under 18, and minimum age for participants is 8 years old. A medical form will be required for review  and agreement prior to commencement with any participant. In some cases a Doctors approval may be required. 

Session cost $85.00.

Session itinerary:

• Meet and get familiar with your instructional team
• Familiarisation of the equipment
• Safety and Pre dive knowledge presentation
• Shallow (confined water- pool) practice with scuba gear.
• Scuba exploration (Pool area) and fun activities.
• Debrief and next steps.

Additional information:

All Scuba Obsession instructors have a working with children check. 

All Scuba Obsession instructors have appropriate insurance. 

Scuba Obsession is not currently registered as a NDIS provider.
