PADI Wreck Diver Specialty
Wreck dives are fascinating windows into the past, whether a vessel was purposely sunk to become an artificial reef or lost at sea by accident. Diving a wreck will allow you the chance for discovery, exploration and adventure, maybe even the chance to find something others may have missed.
The PADI Wreck Diver Course with Scuba Obsession will give you the knowledge and skill to safely and responsibly explore different types of wrecks. Some wrecks are even protected by laws that guard the vessels cultural and historical dignity.
The Wreck diver course will teach you how to plan, organise and safely dive on wrecks, as well as limited visibility techniques with the use of reels and lines.
Included in the PADI Wreck Diver course:

· Access to the PADI app and the digital log book
· Hire of all equipment required (All gear under 12 months old)
· All cylinder fills for the entire course
· PADI Wreck Diver certification and E-card

If you completed a wreck dive as part of your Advanced Open Water course, you would need to complete three dives. If you didn’t complete a wreck dive as one of the adventure dives, you will require 4 dives in total.
Price Structure:
PADI Wreck Diver Course $545.00 with hire equipment.
PADI Wreck Diver Course (Private 1-1) $995.00 with hire equipment.
Hire equipment included: Mask, snorkel, fins, boots, wetsuit, weights and BCD and regulator.
Loss, nil return or purposeful damage of equipment will result in student liability for the costs.
Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 15 years of age
- AOW certified
- Be fit to dive
- Answer NO to all the questions on the RSTC Medical or deemed to be fit to dive by a Doctor
