The Deep Diver is a speciality course ideal for those looking to venture into the depths beyond the 18 meters of the Open Water Diver qualification, as well as beyond the 30 meters of the Advanced Adventure Diver course. Above all, this course is for depth lovers. With this speciality, your instructor will help you develop safe diving practices to comfortably explore life down at 40 meters below the surface.

If the idea of deep diving excites you then take the Deep Diver Specialty course. You'll learn how to manage the added risk that comes with going deep, and how to be prepared for emergencies and errors that can happen. You're likely to find it a rewarding challenge that helps you grow as a scuba diver. And that's a thrill - the good kind!

The programme includes 3 open water dives (One from your AOW certification counts as a credit towards the 4 required)

All your dives will be conducted within the no-decompression limits. During your programme, you'll cover the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to dive deep. 

Duration - 1.5 Days 

Included in the Deep Diver course:

• On-line learning.
• Two Boat Dives
• Access to the SO app and the digital log book
• Hire of all equipment required (All gear under 12 months old)
• All cylinder fills for the entire course
• Deep Diver certification and digital card.
• Tuition

Price Structure:

• Deep Diver Course $545.00 with hire equipment
• Deep  Diver Course (Private 1-1) $995 with hire equipment.
• Hire equipment included: Mask, snorkel, fins, boots, wetsuit, weights and BCD and regulator. 

Loss, nil return or purposeful damage of equipment will result in student liability for the costs.

Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum 15 years of age 
• AOW certified
• Be fit to dive 
• Answer NO to all the questions on the RSTC Medical or deemed to be fit  to dive by a Doctor
